My coaching style is goal-oriented with a focus on healthy habits — not motivation. Over the years, I’ve worked in a range of gyms and coached countless group classes, gaining hands-on experience helping women of all fitness levels reach their goals. 

 

In the past, I’ve proudly hosted exclusive group strength training sessions for women, right in the heart of Melbourne. Unlike most group fitness classes, the sessions emphasised hypertrophy training, technique, and form — ensuring each participant could progress safely and effectively.

Hi, I’m Alishia! I’m a qualified personal trainer with a Certificate III & IV in Fitness and years of experience working in gyms and conducting group classes.

 

I’ve always had a passion for helping people. In fact, I originally started studying nursing because I thought that was the best way to make a difference. But once I discovered the world of fitness, I realised that helping people doesn’t have to happen in a hospital — it can happen in the gym, too.

I decided to follow that passion, earn my PT qualification, and dedicate my career to helping women reach their health and fitness goals, as well as build strength, confidence, and healthy habits in the process. 

However, a major obstacle was finding a time and day where all clients could be at the same place to participate in the sessions. This obstacle led me to where I am now. Offering personalised Online Coaching for all women, no matter your experience or location. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time, or looking to push past plateaus and reach your goals, I’m here to provide the guidance, structure, and accountability you need to succeed.
