At READY Coaching, our mission is simple: to get you READY to achieve your fitness goals.
Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or refining years of training experience, we provide the guidance, structure, and accountability you need to succeed. 
We believe that discipline, not motivation, is the foundation of lasting results. Every person has a goal — our purpose is to help you reach yours through education, consistency, and support.

READY Coaching specialises in fitness coaching for women of all levels, with a focus on:

  • Muscular hypertrophy

  • Fat loss                    

  • Body recomposition   

Our programs are designed to help women feel strong, confident, and capable — both inside and outside the gym.

In the past, READY Coaching has proudly hosted exclusive group strength training sessions for women, right in the heart of Melbourne. These sessions offered a safe and social environment to build strength and confidence.​ Unlike most group fitness classes, our sessions emphasised hypertrophy training, technique, and form — ensuring each participant could progress safely and effectively. With a maximum of eight women per session, every member experienced the ideal balance of personalised coaching and group support.

We don’t chase quick fixes or rely on fleeting motivation. Instead, we help you build the discipline and knowledge required to achieve real, sustainable progress and results.

About your coach

Hi, I’m Alishia! I’m a qualified personal trainer with a Certificate III & IV in Fitness and years of experience working in gyms and conducting group classes.

I’ve always had a passion for helping people. In fact, I originally started studying nursing because I thought that was the best way to make a difference. But once I discovered the world of fitness, I realised that helping people doesn’t have to happen in a hospital — it can happen in the gym, too.

I decided to follow that passion, earn my PT qualifications, and dedicate my career to helping women reach their health and fitness goals as well as build strength, confidence, and discipline in the process. 

My coaching style is goal-oriented and built around discipline — not motivation. Over the years, I’ve worked in a range of gyms and coached countless group classes, gaining hands-on experience helping women of all fitness levels reach their goals. The joy I get from training and achieving goals is something I want every woman to experience.

Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to push past plateaus and reach your goals, I’m here to guide, motivate, and support you every step of the way.
